Pet Sitting Visits: Each visit lasts 30-45 minutes, dependent upon pet and schedule.
Bare Bones Visit: A 15-minute visit for $17.00. A discount of $3.00.
The Bare Bones visit works well for the mid-day or late night potty break
visits for dogs. Because we believe pets need a minimum amount of quality
human time, two regular visits (per day) are required before a Bare Bones
visit can be scheduled for dog clients. For our cat clients, one regular
visit per day is required before a Bare Bones visit can be accepted. Just
the top half of the daily block will be filled in for Bare Bones visits. No
narrative will be written. Bare Bones visits will be accepted for strictly
outdoor cats or 'barn cats' without any regular visits.
Overnight
Pet Care: Overnight pet care is available on a limited basis. Overnight
visit hours
are
9:30-10:00 PM until 7-8 AM and costs $75.00 per night.
Payment: Payment is expected at the first visit of each reservation and may be left at a predetermined place--usually the kitchen counter.
For daily clients, payment is expected on the Monday of the current
service week. Payment for Thanksgiving and Christmas must be mailed two weeks in advance to guarantee your reservation. Post-dated checks are not accepted as payment.
Holiday
Fee: There will be a $20.00 fee in addition to regular
per visit fee charged for services ON the following nine holidays:
New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years
Eve.
Emergency Fee: Requests for last minute pet sits--within 12 hours--will be charged an additional fee of $5.00
Cancellation
Policy: No charge if cancelled more than 24 hours before the first visit was scheduled. All scheduled visits cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged and payment will be due for those visits. During the Thanksgiving or Christmas holidays, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for a full refund.
Early
Returns: There are no refunds or credits if you return early
from your trip, as I have blocked out your time slot and perhaps
turned down other jobs for that time.
